Our vouchers can be purchased in the same way as normal items.
As soon as you have purchased a voucher, you will receive an e-mail with your personal voucher code, which you can of course also pass on.

How to use vouchers

Voucher codes can be redeemed directly in the shopping cart.

Please describe the problem as precisely as possible, important details include: Your customer number, the voucher code, error messages from the system and the browser you are using.
